Terms of Use

Last updated August 23, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the North County EV Charging website and estimate request service. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

Referral service

North County EV Charging is an independent marketing and referral service. We are not an electrical contractor and do not perform, supervise, warrant, or guarantee electrical or installation work.

Independent providers

Any electrician or installer introduced through this site is an independent provider, not our employee, agent, or partner. Your agreement for an inspection, estimate, or installation is directly with that provider. You are responsible for reviewing the provider’s licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, warranties, and project terms before hiring them.

Requests and estimates

Submitting the form does not guarantee that a provider will be available, that your project is feasible, or that you will receive a particular price. Website descriptions and preliminary estimates are general information only. Final scope, price, timing, equipment, permits, rebates, and code requirements must be confirmed directly with a qualified provider.

Consent to contact

When you submit a request, you authorize North County EV Charging and an independent installation provider to contact you by phone or email about that request. You are not required to hire a provider or purchase any service.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, use the site only for lawful purposes, and not interfere with its operation or attempt to misuse its forms or content.

Website information and availability

We aim to keep information useful and the website available, but we do not promise that content is complete, error-free, or continuously available. EV charging requirements and incentive programs can change, so important details should be verified with the relevant provider or agency.

Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by law, North County EV Charging is not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, estimates, workmanship, delays, injuries, property damage, or disputes involving an independent provider. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted here with a revised date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
